Science Experiment
In Science this week, we tested our sense of taste! We tasted water mixed with vinegar, honey, lemon and salt. We learned that our tongue has didferent taste buds all along the sides of it including bitter, sour, salty and sweet. We really enjoyed the experiment even if some tastes weren't as nice as others!
We are learning about The Vikings in History. We painted a sea and sky landscape and placed a Viking longboat on it. The Vikings were great sailors and ship builders. They founded the city of Dublin.
We are learning the writing process in English. We made a plan, wrote a draft and then published our writing by typing it up and printing it off.
We really enjoyed using different dice to learn our multiplication sums!

Diary Writing in English
Here is a QUICK insight into the events that happen in our lives on a weekly basis. SOME of us even trained with Man United on a week night! We are a busy bunch!
Autumn Paintings
This week in Art, we painted Autumn trees. We drew the trunk of the tree using pencil and a brown colour. For the leaves, we used the Autumn colours of red, orange, gold, yellow and brown. We used Q-tips instead of paintbrushes to create a spotted effect. We really enjoyed using a different method whilst painting. We think they turned out pretty good!
